The event is focused on caring responsibilities at the Bar. We want our discussion to include perspectives on being a guardian, parent or carer at the Bar. The event is a virtual roundtable format, and we are hoping for interaction amongst our guests and speakers.

The online roundtable kicks off the event with practising and prospective barristers discussing caring responsibilities at the Bar. The event is open to all, and we encourage barristers to share their experiences of balancing caring responsibilities as a guardian, parent or carer with a career at the Bar. Speakers are also free to comment on any work that chambers may be doing to assist practitioners in the workplace. Guests are encouraged to bring questions for discussion.
