Temple Church has a vacancy for a Chorister Tutor and Music Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training of probationer choristers and juniors in both repertoire and theory, including their transition into the full choir.
The successful candidate is likely to be an outstanding music graduate (BMus or equivalent) with considerable experience of working with young singers in the English choral tradition (age 7-14). The candidate would have demonstrable keyboard skills to support the training and teaching of the choristers, as well as a good understanding of healthy vocal practice.
This role requires 16 hours of teacher per week, but with the opportunity for additional work. The salary offered is £14,000 per annum. Please download the job description for further information.
