Cambridge Scholars
Six incoming scholarships are available each year to spend five to six weeks in chambers the summer after completing the LLM at the University of Cambridge. Applications are made through the Cambridge Commonwealth, European and International Trust. Scholars will spend time with two or three leading barrister's chambers as well as visiting various institutions such as the Supreme Court, the Faculty of Advocates in Edinburgh, the High Court in Belfast, the Royal Courts of Justice and the Old Bailey.

American, Indian and New Zealand Scholars
Two scholars are selected annually by the American Inns of Court Foundation. Three scholars from New Zealand are also selected annually by a committee at Crown Law Office, headed by Justice Arnold, and one scholar from India is selected by the Kapila & Nirmal Hingorani Foundation. They all come to London for a six to eight week placement. The scholars receive a stipend to help with accommodation and living expenses while they are in London. In addition to spending time in barristers’ chambers, scholars also visit various institutions such as the Supreme Court, the Faculty of Advocates in Edinburgh, the High Court in Belfast, the Royal Courts of Justice and the Old Bailey.
